Nancy is currently clerking on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School after obtaining two M.S. degrees in the U.K. as a Marshall Scholar, from the University of Oxford and the University of Birmingham. She has previously written on the role of tech companies in creating cyber norms; as a Berkman Klein fellow, she hopes to explore governance challenges related to AI, surveillance technologies, and online speech.
